1st all show me the base entitlement configuration.Insert PCR ZWT1 after P2002 function and use PTIP function for this pcr.
2nd why are you querying December month in the schema. Are you going to accrual on the last day of the calendar year .
do the configuration as I said for your requirement. Tell me if u need any more help.
