- Employee will get 1 earned leave after 20 working days / physical attendance, not calendar days.
- Earned leave will be paid.
- In case of resignation and termination , If employee total working days / physical attendance is less than 20 working days , He will not get any leave.
- Accumulated leave will be carry forward to next year at the end of calendar year.
