Hi Mariana,

In the Inventory Posting window you can select Price source (By Price List, Last Evaluated Price or ItemCost) If you want to change item cost or reevaluate the item cost then you can use Inventory Revaluation.  (Inventory --> Inventory Transactions --> Inventory Revaluation)
